The plans were approved by the seven hospital boards and were presented to the System Board; approval was secured for over $1 billion of renovation and new construction, including a new Greenfield hospital. The team was subsequently retained to assess the clinical programming needs, professional office space needs, common area space needs, and patient flow for relocation of over 900 staff within this medical center to three separate locations.
